Renovation Fund Raising Dinner

Masjid Sunnah Grand Rapids Michigan, will be launching its Building Renovation Fundraising Campaign today. The goal of the campaign is to raise the estimated $240,000 needed to complete the restoration of the building they purchased, located at 2312 S. Division, Grand Rapids, MI 49507.
Masjid Sunnah will be hosting a Fundraising Dinner and Pledge Drive which will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Pointe O’ Woods Apartments in Kentwood, MI and will be broadcast live online. The program will begin at 2:00 pm with a press conference, followed by lectures, dinner, and concluding at 8:00 pm. The lectures will be delivered by special guest speakers:
• Abu Muhammad al-Maghribi
• Abul-Hasan Maalik ibn Aadam
• Abu Hafsah Kashiff Khan
Masjid Sunnah Grand Rapids was founded in 2014 and is sponsored by Sunnah Publishing, a not-for-profit Islamic Publisher which had been at the forefront of condemning acts of terrorism and extremism since it was established in 2004. They have published books, articles, e-books, pamphlets, lectures, and newsletters on Islam. They also teach weekly classes on Islam and maintain five popular websites.
